Customer & Challenge

STAIR (Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation) is an evidence-based psychotherapy aimed at helping individuals manage emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship challenges that often follow trauma.

To complement therapy sessions, the challenge was to create a mobile app that could guide users through assigned exercises, track progress, and provide tools for self-care and emotional growth.
